At ZOOZ, we prioritize simplicity and convenience in all your business transactions. Our payment terms are designed to meet the needs of UAE-based businesses, offering flexible options that cater to both local and international clients. Whether you're a dental clinic, distributor, or supplier, we offer reliable payment methods for a seamless shopping experience.

1. Payment Methods

ZOOZ supports a variety of payment options to suit your business needs:

Credit/Debit Cards

Secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is processed instantly at the time of order.

Cheque

Businesses can choose to pay by cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is made payable to "ZOOZ B2B" and delivered to our office address. Clearance may take 3-5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for local UAE-based businesses. Pay in cash upon receiving your order at your designated address.

On Credit (for Premium Customers)

For trusted businesses with an established history on the ZOOZ platform, we offer credit terms, allowing payments within 15 to 45 days of order delivery. A credit limit will be assigned based on your business profile and transaction history.

2. Currency

All transactions on ZOOZ are processed in AED (Arab Emirate Dirham), ensuring hassle-free payments for businesses in the UAE.

3. Payment Terms Breakdown

Standard Payment Terms

Payment must be made immediately at checkout via credit/card or upon delivery for COD orders.

Cheque Payments

Cheque payments must be received before goods are dispatched. Please allow additional time for cheque clearance. Orders will be processed only after funds are cleared.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available only for UAE-based orders. Payment is due at the time of delivery, and customers can pay in cash.

On Credit for Premium Customers

ZOOZ offers exclusive credit terms for premium clients with established purchase histories. Upon approval, businesses can enjoy up to 30 days of credit. The credit limit will be determined based on your account status and transaction history. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of credit terms, and late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

4. Invoicing and Billing

Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and shipment. They will be delivered digitally to the registered email address. For credit term customers, invoices are due within the agreed credit period, and reminders will be sent as the due date approaches.

5. Late Payment & Penalties

Late payments are subject to a 2% interest charge per month. If payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, your account may be flagged, and further orders may require immediate payment or alternative payment methods.

6. VAT and Taxes

As per UAE laws, VAT will be applicable.

7. Account Management

For businesses operating on credit terms, our dedicated account managers will ensure smooth transactions, monitor credit usage, and assist in resolving any payment issues.
